最後の糖尿病性神経障害は、高血糖により、足の神経に異常をきたし、足の先や裏、手の指に痛みやしびれなどの感覚異常があらわれる合併症です。つま先の感覚などがなくなりケガした事も気がつかない事も珍しく有りません。これらは細かい血管の異常が引き起こす合併症ですが､同時に太い血管がダメージを受けると血管が硬くなる動脈硬化を起こしやすくなり､脳卒中や心筋梗塞の重大な原因になります。

内視鏡ドックのご案内住民健診や企業健診で調べている項目をご存知でしょうか。健診では高血圧や糖尿病、脂質異常症といった生活習慣病を中心に、貧血がないか、肝機能や腎機能に問題がないかを調べています。 健診が全ての病気を網羅して調べているわけではありません。 40代頃から気になってくるいわゆる「がん」に関しては、一般的な健診での発見は難しいでしょう。ですから住民健診などには、任意で「胃がん検診」や「大腸がん検診」が追加で受けることが可能になります。
「大腸がん検診」では一般的に便潜血検査を行います。便潜血検査が陽性の場合、大腸カメラ検査による精密検査が必要になります。しかし、便潜血検査で陰性であれば大腸がんでないというわけではありません。内視鏡ドックをお勧めする理由は胃がんも大腸がんも高い精度で発見することができるからです。40歳を超えたら一度、症状がない場合でも内視鏡検査を行うことをお勧めいたします。

自費診療による内視鏡とは国民皆保険制度による健康保険は、病気で治療が必要な患者の治療費を国民同士で支えあうためにあります。患者様には診療費の1－3割を窓口で負担していただき、残りの診療費は保険組合から医療機関に支払われる仕組みです。「家族が癌になって不安なので検査したい」や「今まで内視鏡検査をしたことがない」などの理由では保険診療による内視鏡検査はできません。病気ではない方（≒症状がない方）は自費による診療となります。
しかし、胃がんや大腸がんなどの病気は初期症状がないことも事実です。また、40歳以上から胃がんや大腸がんが多くなってくる事実を考えれば一度、ご自身のコンディションやがんのリスクなどを把握するためにも内視鏡検査はしておくべきと考えます。ただし、医師の問診上、内視鏡を行う理由により保険診療になることもございますのでご相談ください。

当院の内視鏡ドック内視鏡専門医の資格をもつ医師が、精密で不快感のない検査を行っています。ご希望の方には鎮静剤を使い、苦痛の少ない検査を行ってまいります。

1. ご予約内視鏡ドックは完全予約制です。WEB予約またはお電話で予約をお願いいたします。

2. 事前来院（大腸カメラ検査の方のみ）大腸内視鏡検査のあるコースでは前日と当日の 武蔵野市 内視鏡下剤服用なども必要になります。
   ・お持ちいただくもの
   健康保険証、お薬手帳（お持ちの方）
   
   

3. 受付スムーズに検査を受けていただくため、ご予約時間の10分前に到着するようご来院ください。健康保険証は必ずお持ち下さるようお願いいたします。お薬手帳や健診の資料なども参考になります。
   
   

4. 診察と内視鏡検査医師による問診と内視鏡検査を行います。胃・大腸カメラコースの方は胃カメラ検査の後に大腸カメラ検査になります。
   
   

5. 結果説明検査終了後に医師からご説明いたします。組織検査やポリープ切除を行った場合は、改めてご来院いただきます。
